In the following session, the predatory list committee collected all the available papers published by the teaching and academic staff of the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University/India. The papers were assessed according to the Kscien list of predatory journals and publishers (Updated Beall's lists). There were 1343 papers in total, of which 325 were excluded as they were conference abstracts and/or unpublished manuscripts. The remaining 1018 papers were further analyzed and checked for their legitimacy. The results are demonstrated in the following pie chart.
