In an attempt to promote civil society activities, this Sunday, afternoon (7/10/2018) nearly 50 NGOs were invited to Highcrest hotel to discuss and prepare a protocol for understanding and communication between NGOs and Sulaymaniyah Governorate Committee. Kscien as one of the active NGOs was invited, and the views and opinions of the organization were regarded considerably. It is crucial to note that this meeting was organized by Public Participation Platform (PPP), aided by Reform Institute (RI) and Norwegian People Aid organization.
